Burnt Garlic And Sesame Beetroot

Ingredients
  • 1 cup beetroot cubes blanched
  • 8 to 10 baby garlic
  • 1 small onion cube flakes (optional)
  • 1tsp sesame seed
  • 1 tsp tomato garlic sauce
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil/ vegetable oil
  • to taste salt to pepper
Cooking Directions
  1. Heat oil then add baby garlic and sesame. Let them both brown. Add onion flakes let them just go transparent then add the blanched beetroot. Add salt , tomato garlic sauce, soy sauce and pepper. Mix well. Add lemon juice and put off the flame. Your burnt garlic and sesame beetroot is ready to serve. Serve on a bed of iceberg lettuce. Relish this anytime healthy dish burnt garlic and sesame beetroot.

Cheesy Noodles

Ingredients
  • 1 pack instant noodles
  • 1 cup mixed vegetable ( broccoli, peas and carrots cube) little blanched
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning powder (optional)-
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tbsp cheese chopped or grated
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp onion finely chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper
Cooking Directions
  1. Boil the noodles as per package instruction. Drain and keep aside. In meantime heat oil in a pan. Add crushed garlic. Stir then add the balanced vegetable stir fry for few minutes. Add seasoning powder. Mix well Then add the boiled noodles. Add salt and pepper if needed. Add lemon juice. Mix well. Put off the flame. Add chopped cheese. Serve hot cheesy noodles with tomato sauce and finely chopped onions. Relish this absolutely delightful cheesy noodles.

Pan Seared Fish With Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes and Baby Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 2 fillet fish
  • 10 baby heirloom potatoes
  • 10 baby potatoes ( boiled)
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1/2 roasted coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
Cooking Directions
  1. Marinate the fish with salt pepper and 1/2 tsp garlic and oregano and 2 drops of oil for 10 minutes. heat oil in a pan then seared the fish each side for 3 to 4 minutes. Once done brush little butter and lime juice on each side and keep aside. Now on that pan roast the baby potatoes and heirloom tomatoes with salt and pepper. Once done add roasted coriander and lime juice and little butter. Stir and put off the flame. Now arrange the fish and place the roasted potatoes and tomatoes on the side. Serve with lime wedge and use a bunch of coriander for garnish.

SO what are you waiting for rock the party floor.


Easy Christmas Layered Dessert

Ingredients
  • 1 medium size coffee nut cake
  • 2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 tsp lemon rind
  • 1 small block of chocolate
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • few orange pulp

    Cooking Directions
  1. In a big bowl mix vanilla ice cream and whipped cream and lemon jest. You can add a spoonful of honey or custard sugar if you want it to be more sweet. But I want keep the sugar low so I go just like that. Keep in the refrigerate it for an hour. Take warm coffee cake out from your micro. Make sure it is warm and not hot. Crumble the cake into bite size pieces. You cake take individual portion bowl or make it on a large bowl. Then over the cake layer give a layer of chilled ice cream. Sprinkle orange juice above it. Garnish with few small pieces of chocolate and orange pulp. Serve immediately. Your easy and exotic too tempting dessert is ready to serve.

Winter in my part means the market is filled with fresh colorful vegetables. So today I thought making a delicious bowl of vegetable adding some leftover cooked chicken with it. It is simple colorful, healthy and very tasty dish to savor as a chilled winter night dinner. Those who want to substitute chicken can go for tofu it will be equally tasty. I am sure you all will like this simple yet delicious dish. So don't wait to give it a try.



Winter Vegetable And Chicken Bowl

Ingredients
  • I cup sliced carrot
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1 cup yellow and green bell pepper diced
  • 8 to 10 small florets of broccoli
  • 1/2 cup french beans cubed
  • 1 cup cooked chicken / grilled/ smoked
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/8 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1tbsp finely chopped parsley/ cilantro
  • 4 to 6 slice of shaved cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1tsp salt to taste
Cooking Directions

  1. Blanched carrot, beans broccoli, peas in salted water a little. Now heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic. fry till little brown. Now add the blanched vegetable and diced bell pepper.Now add coked diced or shredded chicken. Stir and cook for a minute. Then add tomato sauce, Tabasco sauce and salt. Toss and cook. Then add lemon juice. Mix well and put off the flame. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder ans sweet paprika. Garnish with saved cheese and finely chopped parsley. A healthy filling bowl is ready to relish.
