Garlic Noodles With Scrambled Egg

Garlic Noodles With Scrambled Egg

Ingredients
  • 1 pack boiled noodles as per package instruction
  • 8 to 10 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 chicken seasoning powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp sweet chilly garlic sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Cooking Directions
  1. Beat eggs with salt, pepper and grated ginger until blended well. Now heat 1/2 tbsp oil. Pour the egg mixture. As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with an inverted turner, continue cooking pulling, lifting and folding eggs - until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains. Do not stir constantly. Remove from heat.
  2. Now in pan heat the oil add whole garlic and fry till golden, then add the sliced onion. Fry a little add boiled noodles. Sprinkle chicken seasoning powder with little salt and pepper if needed. Then add the scrambled eggs. Mix well with noodles. Put off the flame and serve immediately with jerky dash of sweet chilly garlic sauce.

Chicken Soup

Chicken Soup is a soul soother specially in winter months. A bowl of delicious chicken soup and some bread rolls is all that you need to gear up your winter dinner. Today I am sharing the most easiest way to cook a delicious chicken soup. I am sure in a lazy winter evening you will cherish this yummy chicken soup.

Chicken Soup

Ingredients
  • 4 chicken drumstick
  • 1 carrot peeled and chunks
  • 1 small beet root cube
  • 1 big onion slice
  • 6 to 7 garlic clove
  • 1 inch ginger chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 bunch freshly chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp fennel and carom seed little crushed
  • to taste salt
  • 6 cup chicken stock/ vegetable stock/ water

Cooking Directions
  1. Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic fry then add crushed black pepper, fennel and carom. Now add onion, ginger, tomatoes and chicken. Mix well. Add vegetables, chicken stock, chopped coriander and salt. Cover and cook in medium flame till the chicken is well cooked. You can add more vegetables like green peas and turnips if you want to make it more veggie loaded and yummy. Once the drumsticks are well cooked put off the flame. Serve hot with bread rolls.

Mango Sauce

Mango Sauce is a very delicious and yummy sweet sauce I am sure you all will love the taste. I don't use any preservative, color to make it  so it's self life is not more than a week if you store in an sterilize airtight container in your freezer. If you want to store it for long then use any preservative that are used to make sauce. It's natural and yummy do try at least for once this super yummy mango sauce.

Mango Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar syrup
  • 1 cup ripe mango pulp mashed
  • 1tsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper powder

Cooking Directions
  1. Heat a pan take sugar syrup, mango pulp, butter, black salt and white pepper. Boil it in medium flame stirring continuously till you get a desired sauce like thick yet runny consistency. Let it cool down and then pour it in a bottle. It's a delicious sweet sauce. Serve the sauce in room temperature or lukewarm.I take chilled yogurt and then topped with mango sauce and few slice of coconut....voila it taste too good. Top it in your fruity sundae. You can also have it with your pancake or pair it with some spicy fried food of your choice or use as sandwich mix or even can be a good one to mix with your fruit salad. Mango sauce is too yuumm. Banana Pancake With Coconut Lime Syrup

Today I am sharing with you a very delicious yummy breakfast banana pancake with coconut lime syrup. In hot summer morning this delicious hot pancake with creamy chilled coconut syrup flavored with lime will give you a real refreshing feeling. This pancake is loaded with the goodness of banana and egg and a healthy morning platter. If you want to skip sugar then try out with honey. I am sure you all will love this flavorful banana pancake with coconut lime syrup.

Banana Pancake With Coconut Lime Syrup

Ingredients
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 egg
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp caster sugar or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 2 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp oil
  • For coconut Lime syrup
  • 1 cup thick coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar or to taste
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Cooking Directions :
  1. Whisk milk, eggs, ginger and cinnamon together in a jug. Sift flour into a large bowl. Stir in sugar and salt. Make a well in the center. Add milk mixture. Whisk until just combined. Add mashed banana then mix well.
  2. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Spray with cooking oil. Using 1/4 cup mixture per pancake, cook 2 pancakes for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on surface. Turn and cook for a further 1-2 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover loosely with foil to keep warm.
  3. Heat 1 cup coconut milk with sugar. Constantly stir and reduce it in a consistency you want.Put off the flame and add lime juice. Mix well. You can make it earlier and store in your freezer and then serve the chilled syrup.
  4. Now pour the syrup over your pancake and relish. To add more you can top it with pineapple jam pearls or any kind of jam of your choice. Enjoy Banana pancake with Coconut lime syrup.

Instant noodles are the most loved food around the world.Cooked in various ways in different parts of the world.Today I tried a creamy and bit salt and sweet version of noodles.It's sweet and creamy taste will attract the kids. Load this noodles with your favorite vegetable to make it more healthy and enjoy a bit different yet yummy delicious noodles with caramelized onion.

Noodles With Caramel Onion

Ingredients
  • 1 cup boiled noodles
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables blanched 
  • 2 egg scrambled
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp butter/ diet butter
  • 2 onion sliced
  • 1 tsp cashew crushed
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • to taste salt and pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat butter in a a pan. Add sliced onion, salt and pepper. Fry till the onions are translucent. Then add sugar and fry till the onions are brown and soft you are done. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed garlic and nut ( you can use any nut of your choice ). Add vegetables, scrambled egg, noodles, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add fresh cream ( if using) . Mix well. Top the cooked noodles with caramelized onion and serve hot. I am sure you will love this yummy noodles with caramelized onion.

Crispy Fried Noodles With Saucy Vegetables

Crispy Fried noodles with Saucy vegetables is a very delectable dish. You get all the goodness of veggies and also a crunchy bites. I am sure you will love this bit different dish. Except for the fried noodles everything added in this dish will add on to your health. In a chilled winter evening such hot saucy veggies with crispy noodles bite is a treat by itself. I am sure you all will enjoy this version of my fusion creation.


Crispy Fried Noodles With Saucy Vegetables

Ingredients
  • 1 cup boiled noodles
  • 1 carrot cut into cubes
  • 6 button mushroom balanced cut into halves
  • 3 baby corn sliced
  • 6 to 8 small florets of broccoli
  • 1/4 cup green peas
  • 2 egg boiled sliced
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 6 garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Cooking Directions
  1. Boil the noodles as per package instruction with little salt. Now heat oil in medium heat. Fry the noodles till golden but make sure not to burn them . Place the crispy fried noodles on on kitchen paper to drain the excess oil.
  2. Now in another pan take 2 tsp hot oil. Now add chopped garlic and onions. Stir then add all vegetable, schezwan sauce , tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well and place above the fried noodles with sliced eggs. Crispy noodles with yummy saucy vegetables is a real treat.
