Prawn Onion Tomato Soup
Today I am sharing a very delicious soup recipe with you all Prawn Onion Tomato Soup. A delicious comfy soup perfect for the season. I am sure you all will love it.
Prawn Onion Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 2 fresh tomato puree
- 1 big onion sliced
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 10 to 12 small prawn
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp cheese spread
- 1 tsp dry basil or fresh
- 2 cups chicken stock/ vegetable stock/ water
- 1 tsp cornflour (optional)
- 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste
- Take pan and the add butter and onion saute till transparent. Then add prawns stir a little. Then add tomato puree and green peas. Mix well. Then add chicken stock or whatever you are using. Let it come to boil. If you want the consistency bit thick then add cornflour with water and add to the soup. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Then add cheese spread, fresh or dried basil. Cook for another 1 minute. Adjust seasoning. Put off the flame. Serve warm Prawn Onion Tomato Soup with bread croutons.
