Cucumber And Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 1 cup peeled potato small cubes
- 2 cup peeled seedless cucumber small cubes
- 1 big tomato peeled chopped
- 1 bay leaves
- 1/2 star anise
- 1 green cardamom
- 4 clove
- 1/2 inch cinnamon
- 1 or 2 cheese cube grated
- 1 small knob of butter
- 2 1/2 cup water/ stock
- to taste salt and pepper
Cooking Directions
