Tri color bite appetizer With Caramelized Sesame Dip

This tri color one bite appetizer is to celebrate Indian Independence. I am sure you all will love this tri color one bite appetizer with caramelized sesame dip. Enjoy.

Tri color bite appetizer With Caramelized Sesame Dip

Ingredients
  • 10 carrot thick slices peeled
  • 10 small cheese cubes
  • 10 fresh leaves of coriander
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese/ Greek yogurt/ hung curd
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp mustard sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seed
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 10 small skrewers
Cooking Directions
  1. Thread coriander leaves ( you can use mint leaves too), cheese cube and carrot slice in to each skewer and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl take cream cheese or yogurt or hung curd whatever you are using add soy sauce, mustard sauce, salt, pepper, lemon juice. Mix well. Caramelize the sugar then add the roasted sesame seed. Mix. Add this caramelized sesame in the dip. Mix well. Dip Dip tri color one bite and relish.

Hot Tomato Garlic Butter

Ingredients
  • 4 big tomato
  • 18 to 20 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp or to taste cayenne pepper powder/ white pepper powder
  • 100 gm unsalted butter
  • to taste salt

Cooking Directions
  1. Chop the tomatoes in small cubes. Finely chop garlic cloves. Now in a pan heat 1 tsp butter add garlic. Fry till little brown. Now add tomatoes and cayenne powder. If you don't want to use cayenne powder then add white pepper powder according to your taste and salt. Fry the tomatoes well till the juices dry up. Put off the flame and let fried garlic tomatoes comes to room temperature. Now add it to your blender and make a paste. Add unsalted butter to it. Blend well. Your hot tomato garlic butter is ready. In an air tight container keep in your refrigerator for a week without worry and enjoy anytime.

Broccoli sauce is very creamy delicious sauce which can be used as dip and in making many dishes.  It is very simple and easy to make. Here below is its full recipe:
Ingredients
Handful of broccoli florets
1 big boiled potato
1 green chili
1 cup of milk
salt to taste
1/4 tsp of black pepper
Method
1.  Wash and cut broccoli  in florets.  Now blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes.
2.  Drain the water.
3.  Boil the potato and get it cooled completely.
4.  Now take green chili, broccoli, potato , salt, black pepper, and milk in big jar of mixer and blend it in smooth texture.
5. Delicious creamy textured broccoli sauce is ready.
6. Transfer it to a bowl and use it as required.

Salsa dip is tomatoes chunky chutney made with tomatoes, onion and different types of peppers. It is served with Mexican food specially with nachos.  It is very delicious, simple and easy to  make. Here below is how it can be made:
Ingredients:
3 medium sized tomatoes
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1/4 cup of chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup of chopped green bell pepper
1 achari fresh green chili
handful of chopped cilantro
1 tbsp of lemon juice
salt to taste
1 tsp of roasted cumin powder
1/4 tsp of black pepper powder
1 inch piece of grated ginger
Method
1. Wash and chop tomatoes,onion  and all the peppers,
2. Take cilantro, roughly chopped tomatoes, red and green bell pepper, ginger, onion and green chili in the container of vegetable chopper. Blend or chop in it to coarse texture.
3. Now add roasted cumin powder, lime juice, salt, black pepper and
 chop again for few seconds.
4. Chatpati fresh salsa dip it ready.  Transfer it into a serving bowl and enjoy with crispy nachos.
Tips
To make it in smoky flavor roast the tomatoes and bell peppers on flame. Peel and make salsa.  Here I have made it with fresh which requires no cooking.

March 17th St ' Patrick's Day and surely Green is now the color of the day, with some Irish Blessings saying May joy and peace surround you, contentment latch your door, and happiness be with you now and bless you evermore...let  me share with you all a delicious finger licking green dip. It's quick to make and awesome creamy to have with chips nachos or you may even use it as a bread spread. Enjoy delicious green dip and wish you all HAPPY ST. PATRICK"S DAY. Enjoy green.



Green Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 cumber cut into dices with skin
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion cubed
  • 6 to 8 garlic clove
  • 1 small boiled potato
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped mint and cilantro leaves
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp fresh cream
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice or to tatse
  • 2 pinch sugar
  • to taste black salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chilly flakes to garnish
Cooking Directions
  1. Heat oil in a pan add garlic, onion, green bell pepper, cucumber and potato with black salt, pepper and sugar and saute for a minute or two. Then cool the mixture and put it in a blender with butter, finely chopped mint and cilantro, thyme. Blend till the mixture is very smooth. Then add lemon juice and fresh cream and mix well. Garnish the dip with chilly flakes and serve with nachos or chips.
