Kairi (Raw Mango) Chutney

Raw mango/kairi having a sour taste, is used in making many dishes. It has lots of health benefits.  Today I am writing the recipe of kairi chutney.  Here it is:

 Ingredients
1 raw mango
handful of grated coconut
salt to taste
1/2 tsp of garam masala
2 green chilies
1" piece of ginger
1 tbsp of whole coriander
Method
1.  Wash and peel the raw mango.
2.  Cut into pieces.
3.  Take the mango, ginger, green chilies and whole coriander in a blender and blend it with little water.
4. Now add coconut, salt and garam masala and and again blend it till smooth.
5. Transfer it into a bowl.
6.  Kairi chutney is ready to serve.
