Peas chutney
Chutney is considered poor people food. In Reality, it is an integral part of any healthy meal. Today I have made chutney with frozen peas. It is very easy and simple to make. Here below is how we can make it:
1 cup of frozen peas/matar
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro/mint leaves
2 green chilies
1" piece of ginger/adrak
1 tsp of coriander powder
1/2 tsp of garam masala
salt to taste
3 tbsp of white vinegar/tamarind/lime juice or to taste
Method
1. Take frozen peas. Wash it with normal water.
2. Cut the chilies. ginger, mint or cilantro leaves.
3. Now take peas, chilies, ginger, cilantro or mint leaves, coriander powder, salt and vinegar in a big zar of blender and blend it till smooth.
4. Now add garam masala and blend again. Transfer it into a serving bowl.
5. Delicious peas chutney is ready to serve.
