Mango Milk Shake

Mango Milk Shake

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 1/4 cup cashew/ peanut
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 glass chilled milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream(optional)
  • to taste sugar/honey/sugar substitute
Cooking Directions
  1. Take mango pulp, cashew, cardamom powder, salt and sugar in a blender. Blend it well. Now add the chilled milk and blend well.Add fresh cream if using. Mix with soft hand. Serve the chilled mango milk shake in your favorite glass. Enjoy a delicious yummy mango milk shake.

Pineapple Yogurt Lime Shake

Temperature is on it's high in my city and in such times you need delicious thirst quenchers to keep yourself  going. Today I am sharing with you all a very beautiful pineapple yogurt lime shake. If you want to use any other flavor or want to replace pineapple jam with fresh pineapples or canned one you can very well try your way. Just make sure to adjust the sweetness with your favorite sweetener honey or sugar. I am sure you will love this fresh flavored pineapple yogurt lime juice.


Pineapple Yogurt Lime Shake

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp pineapple jam
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 2 glasses of chilled water
  • few lemon wedge
  • few ice cubes
Cooking Directions
  1. Take pineapple jam, yogurt, lime juice, salt and chilled water in your blender. Blend it well. Pour in a glass add lemon wedge and ice cubes as garnish. Your pineapple yogurt lime shake is ready.Enjoy a chilled glass of delicious thirst quencher with subtle flavors added.

Ginger Lemonade is a delicious healthy thirst quencher in a scorching summer day. The add of ginger makes it healthy too as it helps reduce flatulence and if you eat fresh ginger just before lunch it helps to stoke a dull appetite and fire up the digestive juices,improves the absorption and assimilation of essential nutrients in the body. Ginger is very healthy and in summer months if you add it with lemonade it not only add a fresh taste but also help you to stay fit.



Ginger Lemonade

Ingredients
  • 4 glass water
  • 1/2 cup sugar or to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • few fresh sprigs of mint leaves
Cooking Directions
  1. Take a sauce pan mix water with sugar, ginger, black salt and white pepper. Now put the sauce pan on heat and let it come to boil. Put off the flame. Let it rest in your refrigerator for 1 hour. Add lemon juice mix well. Serve chilled with a lemon slice and sprigs of mint.

Rose Tea

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp dried rose petals
  • 2 green tea bags
  • 2tsp orange juice
  • 2 drops rose water(optional)
  • 2 tsp honey/ sugar
  • 2 cup water
Cooking Directions
  1. Boil two cups of water add dried rose petals and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the hot rose petal liquid into teacups. Dip the green tea bags as per package instruction. Let it brew. After that add a spoon full of honey,fresh orange juice and drop of rose water if using in each cup. Mix well. Sip and feel relaxed.
