Mung/Moong Sprouts chutney

Mung/moong sprouts are mostly used in salads. Sprouts are said to be the powerhouse of all nutrients. Here I am writing the recipe of sprouts chutney. For this I have used big sprouts which I have made at home. Below is the whole process how I made it:

Ingredients
2 handfuls of big mung sprouts
salt to taste
2 ripe tomatoes
2 chopped green chilies
1 tbsp of  ginger
1/2 tsp of garam masala
2 tbsp of lime juice/tamarind paste
1 tbsp of whole coriander.
Method
1.  Wash the sprouts
2. Chop green chilies, tomatoes and ginger.
3.  Put tomatoes, ginger, whole coriander, green chilies, sprouts and all the other ingredients in big zar of blender.
3.  Grind it till smooth. Transfer it into a bowl.
4.  Healthy sprouts chutney is ready to serve.
