Find Good and Natural Recipes


I am very busy this week due to some writing projects so friends pardon me if I am bit late to visit all your delicious blogs. In the mean time let me share one of my comfy soup recipe with you all. In a busy weeknights or lazy weekends if you want something spicy and delicious then go for this egg noodles soup. It is a protein packed dish added with the goodness of veggies and a complete full and satisfying meal.


Ingredients:

Egg noodles 1   pack boiled
Red yellow and green bell peppers ½ cup each cubed
Large egg 2
Baby corn ½ cup cubed
Onion 2 cubed
Garlic 2 clove minced
Chicken shredded ½ cup
Chicken stock 3 cup
Chinese hot sauce 1 tsp or to taste
Tomato paste 1tsp
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Heat oil in a heavy pot. Add minced garlic and onion stir till opaque. Now add the vegetable, shredded chicken and stir for a minute. Then add hot sauce, tomato paste. Mix well. Add the chicken stock. When it comes to boil then add beaten egg little by little with a spoon don’t stir let the egg cook in that spicy broth. When they become firm add the noodles. Stir adjust seasoning you can add more hot sauce if you want. Put off the flame and add lemon juice. Your hearty spice egg noodles soup is ready.

I think that one punch which we all love to have is a delicious fruit punch. You get soothing healthy feeling and healing vibes feel your body especially in a hot summer evening. If you are in a hurry and suddenly came to know that you have to entertain few friends in a no notice dinner party then this fruit punch can be an easy crowd pleaser. Chill out and enjoy.


Ingredients

Mixed fruits juice  1 cup
( apple, passion fruit, grapes, orange, peaches, apricot, lemon)
Black salt ¼ tsp or to taste
Ginger ale 1tsp
Chilled Soda 1 cup
Garnish
With cherry and mint leaves

  Procedure

You can take any mixed fruit combination of your choice. Put the mixed fruit juice, ginger ale, and black salt in a shaker and shake well. Now add the chilled soda, give one good shake and pour in your serving glass. Fruit punches are served in small cups but rules are meant to break so use any serving glass of your choice and garnish with cheery and fresh sprigs of mint and cherish awesome fruit punch.

Coffee flavored cakes in a friendly tea party is one of my favorite. I must admit that I am still nurturing my skills to develop a picture perfect cake but yet on the half way. But sometimes your underdeveloped skills get blessing and you create wonder. I thought making some coffee flavored cakes and truly speaking though the cake is not that piece of beauty but it taste good. I try to keep it low fat and healthy so that all those who stay away from this sinful delight can relish a small piece. I hope you will love my coffee cake with chocolate frosting.



Ingredients
Flour 220
Sunflower oil 180 ml
Caster sugar 270g
Eggs 3 large
Instant coffee 1tbsp
Walnut 50g toasted and chopped
Milk 100g
Cocoa 1tsp
Baking powder 2tsp

Frosting
Greek yogurt ½ cup
Semi sweet dark chocolate ½ cup
Sweet chocolate syrup ½ tsp
Powdered coffee ¼ tsp

  Procedure:
 Dissolve the coffee in the milk. Now put the walnut, cocoa and 20g of flour in your processor and process till the nuts are finely ground. Take a large bowl and then whisk the oil, sugar, milk, coffee and eggs until all the ingredients emulsify. Now add the plain flour and baking powder, then add the groundnut mixture; whisk till they are well combined. Preheat the oven to 190C. Grease and prepare the cake tin and pour the mixture, bake for 20 minutes or until it is fully done. Meanwhile prepare the frosting. Melt the semisweet dark chocolate and let it come to room temperature. Take a medium bowl mix Greek yogurt with chocolate sauce, coffee powder and then fold the melted chocolate in it. Mix until it is smooth and creamy. Let this frosting stand for 10 to 12 minutes and thicken before spreading. Top this delicious coffee cake with a glazed cherry and shaved chocolate flakes. I am sure you will love this low fat coffee cake with chocolate frosting.

Watermelon salad is an intriguing summer salad, cool and refreshing. This is a very light and filling salad and goes very well with grilled meat fish or even veggies. Watermelon is definitely a fun food to enjoy during summer. The bright red triangular wedges packed with sweet juices are not only eye pleasing but full of healthy nutrients. Many of us think of watermelon as a great snacks but when you will come to know about it nutritive value you will give it a star place in your menu. Now count the healthy facts watermelons are excellent source of Vitamin A which help to maintain the eye health, Vitamin C which strengthen your immunity, prevent cell damage and Vitamin B6 which helps to convert protein into energy and helps in brain function. Today we are making this healthy watermelon more appetizing.



Ingredients:
Watermelon     1 deseeded cubed or scoop balls
Onion 1 small finely slice
Simple syrup ¼ cup
Olive oil 1tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Ginger juice 1tsp
White pepper ¼ tsp
Black salt to taste
Crumbled feta cheese ¼ cup
Pumpkin seed (toasted) 1 heaping tbsp
Walnut 8 to 10 chopped
Fresh mint leaves 1 tbsp chopped

Procedure

Cut the watermelon in triangles and then with a small fruit scooper scoop small deseed scoop. Take them in a bowl. Now in another bowl mix simple syrup, olive oil, lemon juice, ginger juice, white pepper, black salt. Mix well. Now mix half of the vinaigrette with water melon and sliced onion. Place it on a serving bowl now sprinkle crumbled feta, toasted pumpkin seed, walnut and mint leaves and then drizzle rest of the vinaigrette. Have it as healthy snacks or serve it in a brunch with grilled fish or meat. I am sure you will love it.
